Hello Mallows has made its entry into the premium confectionery segment with a range of handcrafted marshmallows, offering a modern take on the classic treat.

Positioned as a more inclusive indulgence, the range is 100% vegetarian, gluten-free, and gelatine-free, catering to evolving consumer preferences. The brand has introduced two categories-Classic Mallows and Caramel-Filled Mallows-featuring flavour combinations such as dark chocolate with sea salt, dulce de leche, and salted caramel, aimed at delivering a rich and contemporary snacking experience.

Designed to appeal to both gifting and everyday indulgence, the products combine soft textures with premium ingredients, reflecting a growing demand for innovative dessert formats in the gourmet space.

Commenting on the launch, Sumeet Wadke, Director at Bright Treats Pvt Ltd, said the vision is to make indulgence more inclusive and imaginative, while building Hello Mallows into a leading gourmet marshmallow brand in India over the next few years through continuous flavour innovation.
